Once there were words like family and warmth--that is, before the sun began to die. Letalle struggles to wander across Tarrah in search of food and shelter. She also wanders in hopes of finding someone else alive. On a particularly cold afternoon, she finds a cave she hopes might save her from freezing to death as the sun sets on another dim day, but when she enters, she finds she's not alone. Someone or something else has been using the cave for shelter. Will she risk a chance meeting in hopes of warmth or will she be doomed to wander until the sun rises no more?
