Somewhere out there in a distant realm lay our new home just waiting for us to discover it. The night sky graced us with millions of twinkling stars.Soon we would leave earth behind.By age eighteen and twenty we had taken so many chances remaining at home. I'm now morphing to a Fae. Once my wings developed it became harder hiding my secret and controlling my powers.It's so painful knowing we will never see our mothers again. We will be erased from their memories. They'll never feel any pain but we will.I have one secret yet to share with Johnny, one I dread. As a fae I can pass through the portal world but he's human.The only way he can go with me is to die.
