The Murders of Mrs. Austin and Mrs. Beale

Both murder victims were dishy; both had rich husbands. Otherwise, Leonora Austin, struggling artist, and Rosemary Beale, ex-call girl, had nothing in common. Until the night they were both found br4tailliy murdered, with an open phone line between their homes.

It's a disturbing case, not only for newly promoted Detective Inspector Judy Hill, who knew Leonora Austin, but also for her boyfriend, Detective Chief Inspector Lloyd.
