It's December 1946 and The Chicago Star political reporter, Tiffany Clayton, is looking for a scoop on the murders of three men. The District Attorney was one of the victims which makes the murders big news, especially since each man was killed with the same weapon: twenty-year-old unopened fruitcake tins manufactured by a company that is no longer in business.
