On secondment to the Australian Federal Police, Chief Inspector Bill Harrigan of the London Metropolitan Police is given the task of tracking down a crazed killer who has escaped from a UK prison, and has returned to Australia on a killing spree driven by hate and revenge. As the list of victims grows, Harrigan is forced to use his own brand of cunning and hard hitting law enforcement to ensure justice is done. As the manhunt leads him through a world of lies, deceit, blackmail, murder, deception, and human trafficking, Harrigan is suddenly faced with the threat of his own incarceration for perverting the course of justice in a case against the Esposito Crime Family.
