The Cold Hand of Fate!

When a man is detained in a restricted area of an international airport. Has he been able to place a device onto a plane or not. It will be down to Detective Inspector Dave Geraint of Scotland Yard to find this out. This person he discovers had until lately worked in for the goverment in a top security location, developing componants for military and public uses. His work though was top secret and the DI cannot find out if it could be used to disable a plane or not! Time may not be on his side as there are vertually no clues as to what he has done or where he has done it? Or is this person just a fraud or the real thing, only time will tell!
