Charlotte and Celeste are making their way around the city of Cincinnati to recruit the most powerful lost magicals they can find. They need help with their quest to destroy the traitors within the Guild. Just as hope starts to blossom, something dark and powerful enough to make even the ice queen sweat rolls into town, but what does the stranger want?
