Red Sash Rising

The world is crumbling around us.  Plague might be what the public hears, but in the magical community of Parandus it is something far worse.  As corruption rose to un-imaginable heights, the authority of the council turned upon itself.  The streets turned red as the Enforcers purged the council itself.  Without a council, without a ruling body, what happens? For a small organization called the 'Red Sash' there isn't a question of what to do.  They have protected who they could in the shadows, but no longer would they idly stand by while the world stands in chaos.  The question remains, will they work with the council? or will they create their own rules.   This might be their focus if a monster from their own past comes to haunt them while they are distracted by the pain of the world.
