Being an on call Nurse Practitioner in a city filled with non-humans is hard work. When Maria gets a request from her friend and benefactor Michael to go take care of one of his friends she packs up her portable lab and heads up Hill, the place where the homes of the rich and famous are. Henry is a fae and bard who has been tired and off for months. When she discovers his true problem she learns more about half bred Fae and Henry in particular than she expected.
