What happens when love goes bad - and it becomes an obsession...? Ageing rocker Johnny Lee Rogers is performing a series of charity concerts in Larchborough. His biggest fan, librarian Lizzie Thornton, has won tickets to see his final show. She's convinced that Fate is bringing them together...and Lizzie's always wanted a December wedding. As the town basks in the hottest temperatures for decades, it will be no Summer of Love for DCI Paul Wells and his team.
