Selfish Gods. One blind God. The wishing well, which destroyed his eyesight, might be his only hope. Hodur searches a way to get his eyesight back. The one he lost hundreds of years ago, when a simple prayer destroyed the celebration of the Gods. Other Gods say: Work your way up through the ranks. Get your eyesight back as a gift. Hodur ignores them. The selfish, highest God, Proamus, never grants wishes or gifts. Hodur needs to find the wishing well.
