Hired as muscle for a group of thieves calling themselves “THE GLORYHOUNDS,” Conan of Cimmeria found himself thrust into a high-stakes heist: stealing from the Temple of Bel, known as the Den of Deceit. After infiltrating the temple disguised as corpse-bringers and making fresh corpses of the guards therein, the Cimmerian’s band of rogues located the score they sought: a jewel known as Tarim’s Touch. But on discovery of the treasure, Conan recognized the ‘jewel’ as a shard of the dread Black Stones and urged his fellow rogues not to touch it. But touch it they did, unleashing malevolent specters…
