After the posh Lowcountry HOA's new board fires Ted Welch's HOA management company, it doubles the security force. Now guards strictly control who enters the community and electronically track even invited guests.  

Kylee Kane gives these changes little thought until Maury, a friend and Stillwater resident, dies in a perplexing golfcart crash. Maury's widow swears his death is no accident-it's murder.
