Beyond Justice

Arthur Peskin, one of the world's richest and most powerful men, built a corporate empire by promoting war and selling arms, equipment and supplies to military forces around the globe. His greed, schemes and corruption have caught up with him. With over forty-billion dollars reported missing, his conglomerate has collapsed into bankruptcy and he is tied up in civil lawsuits and facing criminal charges in a federal court in Austin. Then, in a shocking statement delivered late one Sunday evening, Arthur Peskin's wife reports he has died, been cremated and his ashes scattered. She says it happened in the last twelve hours. Or is that what happened? The pieces of the story don't fit together for Martin Schiller. He lost almost a billion dollars because of Peskin. If his hunch is right, he wants to ensure justice his own way. Martin knows Peskin could be dangerous, so he hires a security contractor.
