Bessie: Lost & Found

Even in Heaven, Bessie MacIntyre is pretty much up to her old tricks - skipping Reincarnation School, hanging out at the Seventh Heaven mall, and watching the newly dead arrive at Air Heaven Interportal Airport with her best pal, Ashley. The only trouble is, she can't remember how she died. Everybody else in Heaven can. Grandma Millie slipped away on a deck chair reading a murder mystery. Grandpa Will fell out of a tree celebrating his 80th birthday with a bottle of Irish whiskey. So why can't Bessie recall her own death? Neither can Ash, for that matter. And why is Jason, her ex-boyfriend, now in Heaven? Is he the reason she is here? Did he commit the unthinkable? So many questions, so few answers. "Give it time, my little mushroom," advises Angel Mel. "The truth will come to you when it's time." But how can she give it time when there is no time in Heaven?
