World War IV

The year 2020 saw the birth of the third world war. The nuclear arsenal unleashed by Earth's most powerful nations crippled the planet and drove the world into chaos. Those that survived the nuclear fallout struggled to rebuild a civilization on the brink of extinction. Now, fifty years later, mankind has finally re-established a sense of order through the feeble remnants of old government and even older technology. But history has a tendency to repeat itself.
