Mike Catalano grew up in Santa Cruz California He learned tracking and an appreciation of nature as part of the California Ecology Corps in the early 1970s He earned a ministerial degree from Berean College now Global University in 1986 From 1995 1998 he was editor of Melting Trees Review a poetry journal in Montgomery Alabama He has had over 400 poems published world wide including France Guam South Africa Canada and Great Britain He is the father of a son Abe two daughters Suzanne and Tammy and a grandson Julius He lives in Aromas California
