After months rummaging through Moscow's tunnels, the Indian desert is a slight improvement. But, Durga's relentless pressure to chase her ultimate foe, Mahishasura, doesn't make for a relaxing vacation in an exotic location.

Lark struggles to find some peace, but the reminders of what she lost haunt her day and night until she finds a new friend who's blood lust is almost on par with Durga's.

An old flame returns and Lark's life is changed forever as she takes on her greatest battle yet.
