What's the worse thing about living forever?It's eventually realizing that you will forever be surrounded by only on thing...death.That's the story of Jacob, the lead character in Wickedness.A story of grand moments in time...moments of great heroics, beauty and honor...moments filled with friends, hope, love...but always just a nod away from the one eternal constant...everything in the universe comes to an end at some point...everything but him.After a while immortality starts to feel like a curse - a prison where he is condemned to suffer the worse of all fates, watching all that he loves suffer in death.Life eternal. Oh the irony of religion for someone like Jacob, an immortal who will never know the peace of an eternal life with God. He was created out of a moment of wicked passion, a moment where he released all his inhibitions only to realize he also let go of a portion of his humanity...something that haunted him every day after.It is that realization that convinced him that what he had was a curse and not a gift.Then he met Eve and is given a chance to remember what his gift can mean for others when he is less concerned about simple thrills and self pity and more concerned with simply helping others - especially on the brink of the end of everything.
