About This Book

Life is hard; school, family, friends, all of it is hard enough to deal with when you're from Earth. But being a teenager, from another world is quite a bit harder as Michael, Abigail, and Ramon are about to find out. Raised in a quiet town in Kansas by their adoptive Aunt and Uncle they find themselves at the center of something known as the "Cayavinda", a ritual that recruits those destined to be Caya, the saviors or destroyers of a world trillions of miles away from Kansas known as Vaeneld, but first they have to survive that long.

Taught the ways of the Invoker, an order of Magics wielders and warriors, and by ancients known as "The First's" the children must navigate the consequences of a past they didn't know they had, deal with a present they've been forced into, and attempt to forge a future that doesn't include the destruction of the peoples of Vaeneld; or themselves.
