Where the Darkness Lies

Amethyst Quartz and her fairy prince Angus Connor are finally able to enjoy a peaceful life after overcoming a great number of hardships. However, everything changes one day when she is kidnapped at a masquerade ball. She wakes up in an unfamiliar tower all alone and must find her way back to the palace of Portia. Her confidence dwindles as countless challenges thwart her efforts to return home, and she is overcome with frustration. Who kidnapped her? And for what reasons? Amethyst must figure out the answers to those questions as she struggles to survive and learns to be strong not only for herself but also for the prospect of rejoining her beloved Angus in Portia.
