With mixed feelings, Tera Westbrook puts her mother's house on the market. No sooner does Tera's realtor assure her that she won't need to deal with potential buyers, than she is ambushed at a grocery store by a couple who want her house on their cable show. The top seller at the realty brokerage pressures Tera to sign with him. As mayhem continues, her mother's ghost appears. Minutes later, they find the body of the house inspector.
