It's Halloween -- a witch's favorite holiday -- and Sabrina and her friends have been invited to a major blow-out. The only problem is Roxie doesn't have a date, and she refuses to go to another party solo. While cruising past a toy store, Sabrina gets an idea.... Sabrina buys Hang Ten Kurt, everyone's favorite plastic hunk, and zaps him to life. It's love at first sight for Roxie. He's just her type -- strong and silent. But Kurt's definitely not ready for the real world, and Sabrina's got to find a way to shrink him down to size before Roxie finds out the truth...and gets crushed by her crush.
