Water Under the Bridge

Sandra Moody has had it. The water keeps rising and there's nothing she can do about it. If the rain doesn't stop, her idyllic summer cabin will be swallowed up by a backlog of runoff and sludge. With a cause to champion, Sandra recruits her neighbors and town officials to find the source of flooding. Sandra's incessant digging ruffles feathers and answers seem to dry up faster than a desert oasis. If not for the mysterious disappearance of her favorite neighbor, she'd be one step away from locking the door and tossing the key.
