Twenty-three-year-old Dainty Prescott, indulged society girl, TCU graduate, WBFD-TV intern and last year's debutante, finally has everything she desires until an early morning phone call from an international operator sends her life spiraling out of control. Her younger sister Teensy, this year's debutante, chartered a plane for Mexico with a friend after the Rubanbleu ball the previous night. Now Teensy's in critical condition in a Ciudad Juarez hospital and her friend is missing.
