Vampire Feud

There I was, minding my own business, when Bam! A vampire plows into my normal world and ruins everything. Have I mentioned I don't do scary?

But this vampire needs my help. He's been framed for murder-the murder I saw with my own two eyes-but he swears he didn't do it. Oh no. That would be another vampire his coven is feuding with. Like that's even a real thing.

And apparently I, Candace Marshall, world's biggest scaredy-cat, am the only one who can make it right. As if.

Candace Marshall's life is going right for once. Thoughtful boyfriend, shiny new job, hinted-at promotion-things couldn't possibly be better. But in typical Candace fashion, she stumbles upon a heated vampire feud.

Surely it's all a prank.

But when Candace is taken deep into their underworld and threatened at fang point, she has to escape before she's drained like a juice box. If only Gavin knew she'd been kidnapped instead of embarking on that two-week business trip.
