Twinkle Twins and Twinned Winkels

With a dorm mate recovering in the sick room of the school, twins Fizzy and Divvy Massking resolve to cheer her up by means of the special powers of the Triple Shield, a trophy currently residing in the cabinet of Miss Plazenby's Extremely Exclusive Seminary for Girls. Thus they borrow the shield, fully intending to put it back, but first they need to practice with using its teleportation properties which, thanks to the hapless intervention of Billy Buckle from the nearby school and a pair of con artists intent on stealing a valuable artefact, things do not go quite as planned. The twins find themselves caught up in an international incident which threatens to break out into a full blown war, yet by outwitting the thieves, retrieving the stolen artefact and then keeping a promise to fulfil the last wish of a grand old lady they somehow manage to bring peace across the world, all in a single day.
