Thirteen: The Story of Rose Noctem

Is evil born or is it made? Rose Noctem is the first serial killer to stalk the streets of California in almost fifteen years. She only has one purpose in life and that is to kill. She intends to kill thirteen before she is through and the game is on. Before Chris is done with his interview she has him questioning the line between good and evil and if murder is ever truly justified. He comes to believe that she is the darkest soul that he has ever met. Standing in Rose's way is Detective James Martin. When he first takes on this case it is just like any other but before it is over Rose has turned it into a personal game, targeting the people that mean the most to him. What started out as just an interview to help him support his new fledgling family soon changes Chris' entire perception of life.
