The Wolf of Taliskia

Victoria, genius inventor and daughter of an American millionaire accepts an arranged marriage with István Farkas, crown prince of Taliskia, an obscure kingdom deep in the Carpathians. He marries her for her dowry. She marries him for a rare metal mine located in his country. But a mysterious bomb explodes during the ceremony. Her father is killed. She is severly injured, while her fiancé escapes unharmed and returns to his country. While recovering  from her wounds, Victoria wows to avenge her father's death. All clues point to Taliskia and Istvàn himself is the prime suspect. Under a false identity, she travels to Taliskia to investigate. There, she discovers a nest of intrigues and an old legend. The locals still believe a giant wolf haunts the palace grounds...
