The White Elephant Caper

Calico is holding a six-day spectacular over Labor Day, but there's more than just festivities going on in this sleepy little Nebraska town. First of all, there's the sudden appearance of counterfeit money, and the equally sudden appearance of Paul Bishop, a handsome blond-haired man with a beautiful dog named Casey. Next, there's the picture that veterinarian Jennifer Gray bought from Elmer Dodd that he is trying to buy back at a much higher price.

Attracted to a possible counterfeiter, and the owner of a painting in great demand, Jennifer doesn't exactly know what is going on...but she is determined to find out!
