The Turnaround Two - Double Back

Kathy, formerly of our Earth, formerly Joel, who switched bodies with the real Kathy during a trip through an experimental portal, is now living with Myrna Loi, the woman she met on Earth Fourteen. They've started a business, and Kathy-Joel is thinking about marriage, even though the laws on Earth Fourteen don't favor the LGBTQIA set.

Kathy is getting signals from Joel. They have a psychic link, and Kathy learns that Joel has built a portal machine on her old Earth.

The Center, a fascist group on Earth Fourteen, has not been destroyed. They have portals of their own, and Linda Rawlins, Kathy's psychotic ex-girlfriend, is still alive and eager to wreak her own brand of vengeance.
