The Trinity Church Murders

Richard Davenport is a wealthy member of Trinity Methodist Church, his daughter Andrea is its business manager, and his son Jonathan has, well, hasn't amounted to much. Suddenly the Davenports and the church community are rocked by a series of sensational murders. Is the perpetrator a crazed psychopath or a calculating murderer? Is it Trinity's ambitious new minister out to rouse the congregation, the church administrative secretary longing for traditional doctrine, Andrea's fiancée seeking a share of her family's wealth, or Jonathan out to revenge his father's cruelty?

Once again Nick Mercante and his wife Kathy Stilmore assist the police investigation and this time have a personal stake in the outcome. Trinity is their church and the former minister who married them has been poisoned. The battle of wits between the killer and his pursuers reaches a shocking climax when Nick devises a plan to unmask the murderer.
