The Tribulations of Eleanor March

Detective Inspector Ellie March is on her way home after a particularly trying day when two men run into her car, subdue her, and take her to an undisclosed location as an unwilling witness to a crime. With a destructive storm hitting the region, Detective Constable Kevin Walker pulls out all the stops to find her, believing that her life is in grave danger from a team of desperate men. As high winds and driving rain tear the town apart, Ellie lies chained to a cot in a storage room, sedated and disoriented, while memories of her past remind her of her many failures in life and weaken her resolve to find a way out.
