Jenny Ingram was sitting on the big sofa in the front lobby of the Happy Trails Retirement Village in Abilene, Texas. It looked like she had dozed off. She hadn't. She was dead. When Harriet calls Jenny's niece, Cheyenne McKinley, to tell her that her aunt had passed away quietly about an hour ago, Cheyenne insists that her aunt had not died of natural causes. Someone killed her. Harriet is not convinced, but when the coroner's report comes back a few days later that Jenny Ingram had indeed been murdered, poisoned, Harriet agrees to investigate. Who would want to kill a sweet little old lady, and why?
