Morjin, immortal fallen angel and Lord of Lies. seeks to enslave the war-torn island continent of Ea. His dreaded assassins are everywhere, and land after land falls under his evil power: The one thing that has the potential to destroy him is the glorious Lightstone—but it has been lost to the ages.

Valashu Elahad, the seventh and youngest Valari, noble warrior and prince of the royal house of Mesh has vowed to find the Lightstone and banish Morjin's evil from Ea. With his stalwart companions, Val has braved great dangers and fought many battles in his search for this elusive totem, all in a quest to do nothing short of remaking the world.

Now it looks as if this long quest may be at an end, and a great victory shimmers on the horizon.
