The Seer

Richard Grimm is destined from birth to become a seer, a man who can predict the future with startling accuracy. He can instruct other people to make the right decision with their lives, but he cannot seem to help himself. The sky is the limit with this gift, but a downfall is not out of the question. Richard is taught well by his grandfather, studying the works of Cheiro, the world famous Victorian palmist and seer. His star rises and he leaves New Zealand to travel overseas, first to America and then Europe. It is here that disaster happens. He returns a broken man, a seer who does not know where his next meal is coming from. Is it through chance that he meets the man his grandfather spoke of, the man to help him fulfill his destiny? A chain of events is started that will involve murder and betrayal. It will lead to love.
