The Ravens

Being a mercenary is a fairly basic job, right? Not for a Raven. Especially not for a Raven in Ayinchirr.Chayda was a Changer who couldn't Change, and the newest member of the legendary Raven Squadron. Ayinchirr was an unusual country on the brink of civil war, ruled by Blood mages, supervised by Song Priests and patrolled by groups called Shadow Courts. And of course, the Ravens have a new job... in Ayinchirr.Upon the death of his beloved Queen, Sinharan is back in Ayinchirr after fifteen years of mostly self-imposed exile. But now he's back with the support of the Ravens and Dragons. And without the Queen who exiled him to keep him in check, there is very little to prevent his plan from succeeding. Which begs the question: Does anyone besides Sinharan know just what that plan is?
