The Quick and the Dead

Thousands of acres of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are dying. The park superintendent has been poisoned, her successor has been wounded, and as soon as Jack Prester arrives on the scene, he becomes the new target! Jack Prester and Evelyn Brandt, National Park investigators, put their jobs and ultimately their lives on the line to solve this mystery. Jack tries to put his trust in God as things begin to go awry. He may find he has too much to lose before the pieces of this deadly puzzle fall into place.
