The Prophet of Rain

It is written, in the Book of the Prophets, that the Most High knows all the desires of our hearts, and that such things are never passed by without answer. When a boy named Jeremy daydreams of adventure and greatness, he never imagines what that wish will get him into. As he is pulled from boredom to slavery to greatness, into fighting wicked Kings and monsters, living among barbarians who would like nothing better than to kill him, and finally defending his land against the greatest danger it has ever faced, Jeremy discovers that to be called of God is a frightening and dangerous thing, but always worthwhile in the end.
