The Police Surgeon

Recently divorced, unemployed, and broke, Ben Dailey is desolate and has a grave outlook on life. He can't seem to escape the haunting malpractice case that cost him his medical career and disgraced his name. Just when he thinks his life can't get worse, he somehow ends up in the middle of a murder investigation, which then leads him back to his former employer, St. Vincent's Hospital. What he finds there is just a glimpse into an organized operation of deceit, blackmail, fraud, exploitation, and perversion. As he digs deeper into the goings-on at St. Vincent's he soon becomes a target and has several attempts on his life. Dailey must uncover the truth, and bring down the sleaze-ball operation, all while trying to stay alive in the process.
