Description Seeds planted by the dark wizard Gault took root and the people abandoned the Quest of the Covenant. Arii's power weakened and then failed. The peace of that idyllic, legendary time ended. Gwaum rose in a fury, toppling the Kingdom of Acerland creating a power void soon filled by Bort, the new Pirate King.
