The Perils Of Pinky

Pinky Ponsonby was known for wanting everything around her to be perfect as she studied at Miss Plazenby's Extremely Exclusive School for Girls and her fellow dorm mates became increasingly exasperated by her obsessive behaviour. Even if some problem occurred she always seemed to have an answer to hand, a solution which smoothed over everything. When Pinky breezed unscathed through a series of unfortunate accidents there was a suggestion some unseen power protected her and everyone else was suffering as a result. Soon she became a somewhat solitary figure as others avoided her, even her closest friends. Only a timely hint by one of the kindlier pupils at the school woke her from such a flawless existence and made her realise to win back the trust of others she would have to do something drastic, something less than perfect.
