The Oath of the Shattered Moon

A world where the gods have abandoned their thrones, leaving behind fragments of their power in the form of celestial shards. The land of **Varethis** is broken into floating isles, held aloft by the last fading magic of the vanished deities.    **The Fall of the Celestials**  Long ago, the gods warred among themselves, their battles scarring the heavens. The moon, once whole, was shattered into seven fragments, each imbued with divine essence. The gods vanished, but their power remained—scattered, coveted, and cursed.  Now, the fragments whisper to those who dare seek them. Some believe they can restore the gods. Others wish to claim their power for themselves. But all who touch them are marked by fate—and doom.
