Heartbroken by the fact that she and Cade can't be together anymore, Sidney decides to get away for a few days. She books a trip to a luxury resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and leaves without telling anyone.
Shortly after arriving in paradise, Sidney befriends Julio, a cute bartender who also moonlights as a club DJ. When Julio asks Sidney to come see him perform, she sees no harm in it and accepts the invitation. After all, Julio seems like a sweet, caring guy who's just trying to cheer her up after a tough breakup. She is too vulnerable and lonely to realize that Julio is just another wolf in sheep clothing. Sidney's night out starts off uneventful, but it doesn't take long for the true Julio to reveal himself.
After barely escaping her worst possible nightmare, Sidney finds herself bloodied, penniless and alone in a foreign country. The only person she can reach out to for help is Cade, the man whose heart she has broken many times over. Sidney makes the phone call, but will Cade come to her rescue after everything that's happened?
