Wayne Flax has been made redundant from his job six months again, and now, broke, and living off the dole, he is about to be evicted from his home along with his wife and two daughters if he cannot come up with the two months' rent, he is now behind with. Having just gambled away his last ten pounds, his luck changes one morning when he is offered a new job in an antiques store. Little does he know that his life is about to change forever. The following morning in his new job, he learns about two special mirrors that ultimately become his salvation, and his demise.
