Sheriff Millie has been awarded the Public Safety Officer Medal of Valor by the President of the United States. Now she will need the bravery she displayed in winning the nation’s highest police valor medal.
Millie has to meet her fiancée’s family and that will just be one of the challenges she will face. She returns home to find a new scourge has come to Mountain County. The person behind the criminal enterprise is sheltered in neighboring River County where the Sheriff is either inept or corrupt and Millie thinks it’s the latter.
