The Melaki Chronicle is a 2-part series. This is not a trilogy.

Having resumed his research at a lighthouse in the Kingdom of Callacan, Melaki is once more thrust into the center of events when his home is overrun by invaders. Longing for stability, his plague of visions continues.

Eliam is a bitter Callacan veteran who meets up with Melaki in a selfless act worthy of Melaki's friendship. Adaris, spy for the Tartessan emperor, seeks to use Melaki and then finds himself strangely influenced by the unusual wizard. Then there's the witch who finds Melaki most intriguing.

Together, Melaki and his friends will find themselves thrust against an evil greater than that of the necromancer he had faced. Lagash, a demon-in-flesh, has designs to conquer the entire peninsula, and no amount of blood is enough to satisfy him. But there are far more factions involved and plots swirl, twisting Melaki and his friends in directions they could not have foreseen.
