Marley ‘s favorite aunt has passed away, leaving her with an antique store and home to care for in a lovely seaside town on Cape Cod. Olivia Wells is a mover and a shaker. Since her mother’s unexpected death, she has traveled the world on covert missions for clients. Lane Church is a big city girl who decides she needs to change her ways. All three women are forced to put away past differences and work together. Assigned a case in which a prominent family experiences two unnatural deaths, they must race against time to find out the cause and the cure. Their research and mission takes them into a deep world of Voodoo, spirits, and otherworldly beings. It is here that they must convince gods, humans and demons alike to stop a vicious hex before it claims another.
