The Marlboro Man

Police Service of Northern Ireland detective Moira McElvaney is bored auditing lectures at Harvard University. On a visit to Martha's Vineyard she gets co-opted into the search for a non-descript accountant who has disappeared while walking through Miami International Airport. The leader of the search is Frank Shea an ex-hedge fund manager, felon and best friend of Brendan Guilfoyle, Moira's boyfriend.

Moira, Shea and a diverse set of characters traverse the East Coast of the US as they expose the criminal enterprise at the bottom of the disappearance.
