Young Annie Tillery and her Aunt Jill set off for Long Island's Fire Island for a vacation of beach adventures. Annie wishes to leave behind the stress of her relationship with her parents. Aunt Jill, who is an NYPD detective, is secretly on a case. Annie picks up on this, but is distracted by romance and intrigue when she falls in love with Ty Egan, their island host. Using forensic science with the help of a local historian, they investigate the eerie paranormal events surrounding the tragic story of a local ghost. The action goes into overdrive when the ghost appears, the sinister neighbors next door become hostile and Aunt Jill disappears. They are kidnapped discovering the secret in the neighbor's cottage, but will they be able to escape from their captors in a raging storm, save Aunt Jill, and stop the deadly plot that threatens national security?

Presently Frank is the producer of "The Writer's Dream", a series of shows with writers who discuss different aspects of the profession, seen on youtube.
